• Winner Drawn: On or around Sep 8, 2025

Eligibility

• U.S. legal residents of the 48 contiguous states and D.C.
• Excludes: New York, Florida, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
• Must be:
• 18+ (or 19 in NE/AL, 21 in MS) by entry date
• Employees and immediate family/household of Sponsor & affiliates are not eligible

How to Enter

You can enter in three ways:

  • No refunds allowed for purchases
• Mail-In (Free) Entry – AMOE:
  • Send a 4” x 6” postcard with:
    • Name, address, phone, email, DOB (blue ink, no cursive)

  • 10 entries per postcard
  • No envelopes or mechanical reproductions allowed

Max: 20,000 entries per person total, across all methods.

Sweepstakes Timeline

• Entry Period: Starts at 12:00 AM CT on May 29, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on August 31, 2025.
• Winner Selection: Random drawing on or around September, 2025.

Eligibility Requirements

• Who Can Enter:
  • Must be a legal resident of the 48 contiguous U.S. states or the District of Columbia.
  • Excludes residents of: New York, Florida, and U.S. territories.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, or 19 years old in Alabama or Nebraska, or 21 years old in Mississippi on the day of entry.
• Ineligible Participants:
  • Employees and their families, or households of RSR Supply co and any affiliates or partners involved in the sweepstakes (including vendors, advertising agencies, etc.) are not allowed to participate.

How to Enter the Sweepstakes

You can enter the sweepstakes in three different ways:

1. Purchase-Based Entries:
• Make a purchase at RSRsupplyco.com
• 1 entry per $1 spent on qualifying items.
• No Refunds.
2. Digital Download Purchase (Quick Entry):
• Buy a digital download from the website.
• 2 entries per $1 spent.
• Note: All purchases are non-refundable.
3. Mail-In (No Purchase) Entries:
• To enter without buying anything, send a handwritten postcard (4” x 6” size, no envelopes) with the following information in blue ink (no cursive):
• Full name, address, phone number, email address (if available), and date of birth.
• Send to:

• Each postcard counts as 10 entries.
• Postcard must be postmarked by August 31, 2025, and received by September 8, 2025.
• Important: No envelopes or printed postcards allowed.

Entry Limits

• A participant can submit up to 20,000 entries total during the sweepstakes period, whether through purchases, digital downloads, or mail-in entries.
• Entries using multiple identities or methods to cheat the system will result in disqualification.

Grand Prize Details

• One Grand Prize Winner will be chosen at random.
• Grand Prize Includes:
• 2014 Ram 2500 truck valued at $35,000.
• $5,000 Cash, provided in the form of a check.
• Total Value of Grand Prize: $40,000

Prize Conditions:

• The winner must pick up the vehicle in person or make arrangements for its delivery within 15 days of being notified that the vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Winner must present:
• A valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Proof of vehicle insurance (either comprehensive or liability) when picking up the vehicle.
• Winner is responsible for any fees such as registration, licensing, title, and taxes related to the vehicle and cash prize.
• The truck’s make, model, color, and accessories will be at the discretion of the sponsor.

Prize Claims and Verification

• Notification: The potential winner will be contacted via email or mail within 2 business days of the drawing.
• The winner must respond and provide the Required Documents (affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and IRS W-9 form) within the time stated in the notification.
• Failure to respond or provide necessary documents may result in forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be selected.
• The winner agrees to allow their First name, image, and likeness to be used for promotional purposes by the sponsor.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• All taxes related to the grand prize (federal, state, and local) are the responsibility of the winner.
• The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and the sponsor’s decisions regarding the prize and entries are final.
• Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes if any issues arise, such as technical difficulties or fraud.

Legal Stuff & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: Any disputes must be resolved individually under the laws of Louisiana, without class action.
• Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for errors or malfunctions during entry submissions, transmission, or sweepstakes operations.
• Fraud Protection: Any attempt to manipulate the entry process (like cheating or deception) may result in disqualification and legal action.

Winner Announcement

• To find out the name of the Grand Prize Winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
